Little foxes destroy, who creates?

The physiological responses during stimulation are fairly similar for both male and female and there are four phases.[4]
  • The excitement phase, muscle tension, and blood flow increases. Heart and respiration increase and blood pressure rises. Men and women experience a "flush" on the skin of the upper body and face.  A woman becomes wet and becomes swollen.[4] A male will become very excited and swell, also.

  • The plateau phase, heart rate, and muscle tension increase further. A male urinary bladder closes to prevent urine from mixing with semen. A woman's clitoris may withdraw slightly and there is more lubrication, outer swelling and muscles tighten and reduction of diameter.[4]

  • The orgasm phase, breathing becomes rapid and the pelvic muscles begin a series of rhythmic contractions. Both males and females experience quick cycles of muscle contraction of lower pelvic muscles and females often experience uterine and vaginal involuntary contractions. The emotional and physical experience may be described as exceptional. Virtually, about 15% of women never experience orgasm. Fifty percent say, 'I have faked it.'[4] A large genetic component is associated with how often women experience orgasm.[4]

  • The resolution phase, muscles relax, blood pressure drops, and the body returns to a happy resting state of mind and soul. Each couple experiencing a certain unique feeling. Such is the total experience, but some females do not experience a resolution period. Some females said, "I am just getting aroused, can I experience another one." Some females describe it as multiple orgasms soon after the first.[5][6] Other sources state that both males and females experience a refractory period because women may also experience a period after orgasm in which further sexual stimulation does not produce excitement.[4][7] This period may last from minutes to days and is typically longer for men than women.[4]
